The second issue of the innovative journal by the Angewandte — the Vienna University of Applied Arts — gives students and doctoral candidates the opportunity to publish projects using the principles of peer review; to share current findings and exciting processes while opening up to alternative viewpoints and the dialogue that arises from them.

We took the name reposition literally, asking ourselves what happens to the in-between when one shifts position? What lies between different opinions? What is written between the lines? What happens between different positions? Our answer is the staging of an in-between space. The space between columns of text is perforated, elements placed in unusual interstices, the spaces between letters and words are given a stage. New spaces for new thoughts emerge.
